Happy New Year to all of you entrepreneurs. It is time to get your financial documents together for your non-profit organization. Don't forget to file form 199 with the CA State Franchise Tax Board and Form 990 with the IRS. You must file annually on the 15th day of the 5th month after the taxable year end, even if you didn't raise any revenue.
