The proof is always before and afters. I’d be lying to you if I told you it was easy. I’ll tell you what I suggest and it’s on the both of us to figure out the breakouts. It’s usually hormones or diet or both. A consistent regimen is also key. Yes, unfortunately you have to consistently try products to see if your skin agrees with it- giving it at least a consistent 30 days or more. Eliminating sugar, dairy, and sometimes either or or both takes crazy discipline but it can be done. I mean if you’re investing in your skin you might as well go full throttle.
