This workshop helps young first-generation adults explore Gottman’s Four Horsemen-criticism, contempt, defensiveness, and stonewalling—and how they harm relationships. Participants will learn to recognize these patterns, practice healthier communication, and build more respectful and emotionally supportive connections within their communities.

Here’s how it works: whoever raises the most money gets their hair bleached. Simple, right? Well… there’s a twist.

💰 $400 goal: The top earner gets bleached and buzzed.
💰 $600 goal: Both of them get the bleach and buzz treatment.
