As we conclude our series Knowledge and Belief, we return to the truth that has guided every message along the way. God never intended for knowledge and belief to exist separately. The Christian walk is at its strongest when truth is received, believed, and faithfully practiced.

“But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.” – James 1:25

The integrated Christian walk is one in which knowledge leads to belief, belief leads to obedience, and obedience produces spiritual fruit.
*****************************************

Faith is proven not only by what it professes, but by how it responds to God. Throughout Scripture, those who truly believed Him demonstrated that belief through obedience, even when the cost was great or the outcome uncertain. Genuine faith trusts God enough to act upon His Word.

“By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.” – Hebrews 11:8

Obedience does not create faith, but it reveals its reality. When we trust God, our lives begin to reflect that trust through submission, perseverance, and faithful action. A faith that works through obedience becomes a testimony that belief has moved from the mind into the heart and is actively shaping the way we live.
*****************************************

Faith was never meant to remain hidden within the mind or confined to words alone. Genuine belief transforms the heart in such a way that it becomes visible through actions, attitudes, and obedience. A living faith does not simply agree with truth; it responds to it, producing evidence that God is truly at work within the believer.

“Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself.” – James 2:17

The Christian life is not about performing works to earn salvation, but about revealing the reality of a faith that is alive. When belief is genuine, it shapes how we love, serve, forgive, endure, and walk with God each day.
*****************************************

In this next message of *Knowledge and Belief*, we are reminded that hearing God’s Word is not the same as being transformed by it. A faith that only listens without responding slowly becomes passive, leaving truth acknowledged in the mind but absent from daily life. God calls His people not merely to receive His Word, but to live it.

“But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say?” - Luke 6:46

Spiritual growth requires more than exposure to truth; it requires obedience shaped by genuine belief. As we respond faithfully to God’s Word, our lives begin to reflect the reality of a faith that is active, sincere, and rooted in Him.
*****************************************
Dios llama a Su pueblo no meramente a recibir Su Palabra, sino a vivirla.

Devotional inspired by the key themes and Scriptures from the message “ of the Empty Tomb.”

Day 1: The Reality of the Cross
Scripture: Luke 23:35
Reflection: The cross was not just a religious symbol—it was a cruel instrument of shame, pain, and humiliation. Jesus endured the mockery and suffering that was meant for criminals, though He was blameless.
Application: Spend time today meditating on the suffering Jesus willingly endured for your sake. Let this lead you to a deeper sense of gratitude for His love.
Prayer: Lord, help me not to take Your sacrifice for granted. Grant me a greater understanding of the cost of my redemption, and fill my heart with thankfulness.

May these devotionals draw you nearer to Christ as you remember His cross, celebrate His resurrection, and walk in hope each day!
