I am practicing personal counseling / business consultancy within my business called POSDCoRB. POSDCORB is not as remarkable as one may think!
But it is a framework for self administration. Said another way, we are surrounded by organizations and these entities can change. Further, they may go against our aspirations. The "patterns" of Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, Coordinating, Reporting and Budgeting can help us see what is within our control. Our services include personal counseling and business consultancy. Thanks to Luther Gulick for his "Notes..."
Try Sunday an' Budgeting... ...your time, ...your money, ...your energy. The weekly "patterns" are interrelated. :)
Think Saturday an' Reporting. Is there something you really need to tell someone? :)
The Co- pattern:
if you cannot Control, then Coordinate.
Thursday and Directing - Make choices from your heart. ;)
Wednesday - Staffing - try to give and get help.
Consider Tuesday an' getting yourself Organized. ;)
