We've upgraded our gate system!

We are back to full 24 hour access, instead of the reduced office hours!

For our current tenants - your gate code remains the same.

In accordance with the Governor's Mandate our office will be closed to the public March 18th - April 17th, 2020.
In order to continue serving our customers, you can still:

- Access the facility from 9:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Saturday. The gate will be closed on Sundays.

- We will be accepting payments through the mail, over the phone, on our website at CarsonHighlands.com, and in our drop box. Please ensure all payments have your name and unit number.

- We will be returning all phone calls within 48 hours. Please make sure to leave us your fill name and contact number so we can return your call promptly.

- Keep checking in here for updates as this situations evolves.

Just a reminder that we will be getting the lower half of the facility sealed today and tomorrow. Limited Access for building A-G. Give the office a call if you have any questions.

The facility will have LIMITED to NO ACCESS next week 7/23 - 7/27, and the office will be closed, due to the facility getting some much needed new asphalt. We will be posting a more definite schedule of accessibility later in the week.

We'll be going live tomorrow at 11:00am for the drawing for the $300.00 gift card to Maverick, be sure to stop by and see the results.
