One of my all time favorite healthier food options. Perfect as a side or a snack. A little bit of EVOO, pinch of sea salt & dash of fresh parsley over high heat and youre golden. HUGE BONUS- your kids will actually eat them too ππ

It's hard to please people with bacon- some like it super crispy, some like it a bit soggy.. here in this house we tend to lean toward the middle of the two extremes. How do you like your bacon? π₯π€€
