COIN PRESS NO. 1 IS TAKING A STAYCATION! In deference to her many years of loyal service, we are giving the historic machine some much needed time off. Coin Press No. 1 will not be minting in the month of June. We'll take this time instead to give her some tender loving care in preparation for a big Fourth of July return! In the meantime, our knowledgeable volunteers will still be available Saturdays to give an interpretative history of the old Carson City U.S. Mint.
