This month, our Vice President of Business Development & Public Affairs, Cliff Harris, had the honor of addressing the graduating class of West Georgia Technical College.
In a powerful message focused on service, leadership, perseverance, and purpose, Cliff encouraged graduates to invest in others, embrace every opportunity to learn, and use their talents to make a meaningful impact in their careers and communities.
His message reflected the values he has demonstrated throughout his life. From serving our country and supporting his family to mentoring students and serving our clients, colleagues, and communities, Cliff exemplifies what it means to live out RaLin's mission to Build Up.
We are especially proud to celebrate this year's graduates, including three RaLin apprentices who earned their associate degrees in WGTC's Commercial Construction Management Program. As a longtime supporter of construction workforce development, RaLin was honored to help establish this program and remains committed to investing in the next generation of builders.

We recently celebrated the end of the year for our RaLin Construction Academy students with a party surrounded by family, friends, and alumni. We’re so proud of all they’ve accomplished this year!
The RaLin Construction Academy is designed to bridge the gap between the classroom and the construction industry, giving students hands-on experience in trade skills while exposing them to real-world opportunities across the industry.
We're excited for the students that will be returning to the program next year and we can't wait to see how our graduating seniors further their construction education at West Georgia Technical college. Congratulations, everyone!
