Rescue Yoga has been a training ground for over 10 years serving the special needs of our community.

Where other studios end, YOGAdaptive begins with its deep roots in working with the movement impaired from a myriad of conditions such as PTSD, Parkinson's, MS, Scoliosis, Neuropothy, Cancer, spinal conditions, arthritis, osteoporosis, joint replacements and accidents/injuries to name a few.
