Sourdough and Other Baked Goods - Texas Cottage Food Kitchen We are a Texas Cottage Food bakery located in Little Elm, TX, USA.
We make breads, pretzels, bagels, english muffins, and rolls using wild yeast (sourdough) and/or commercial yeast. Orders can be placed using our website at any time with pick-up on Saturday or Sunday between 1 PM and 5 PM most weekends. "Market day" pick-up hours will be from 3 PM to 6 PM or can be pre-ordered for pick-up at the market location.

We have two markets again this weekend. Saturday, 5/16/26 Keep Little Elm Beautiful Operation Shore to Shore at 900 Lobo Ln, Little Elm, TX 75068 4 PM - 8 PM and Sunday, 5/17/26 Carrollton Artisans Market 2722 N Josey Ln, Carrollton, TX 75007. Pre-orders for pick-up at the markets are open till 10 PM tonight (5/14/26).
