No bread/scones at Deli On The Square this week. No Carrollton Farmers Market until further notice. My new “public enemy #1” was so small I needed a handheld microscope to ID it. Please be vigilant about ticks! I hope to be back up and in the dough next week!

Nobody loves birthdays more than Kailey… and trust us, we all know when her birthday is coming because we start hearing about it weeks in advance! 😆
Today we’re celebrating one of the most important members of our Deli family. Kailey has been with us since almost day one and has become our go-to girl for just about everything. From baking our homemade sub buns to jumping in wherever she’s needed, there isn’t much she can’t do.
Her hard work, dedication, and willingness to help make Deli On The Square what it is today. We honestly don’t know what we’d do without her!
We also love her goofy sense of humor, her ability to keep us laughing, and of course, giving her a hard time whenever we get the chance. ❤️
