When was the last time you acted like a kid?
Seriously.
When we get older, we stop doing a lot of the things that used to bring us joy. We stop sprinting just because we feel like it. We stop jumping, climbing, playing kickball, tag, or pickup games with friends.
Somewhere along the way, exercise became âworkâ instead of play.
The good news? That kid is still in there. You might just need a few extra minutes to warm up first. đ
This week, I challenge you to do something fun and active that your younger self would have loved. Play a game. Race a friend. Climb a tree. Throw a football. Run through a field.
Move because itâs fun, not because you have to.
Then come back and tell us: What did you do, and how did it feel?
