Recently, we had the opportunity to host six CertaPro Painters franchise owners from across the country at the L&L Speakeasy as part of a training session focused on building strong trade partner relationships.
The goal was to provide a general contractor's perspective on what a true partnership looks like, from estimation through project completion, and how both companies can continuously improve together.
We were honored to share our thoughts on communication, collaboration, and creating positive experiences for everyone involved in the construction process.

A customer performance & testimonial all in one! Ben Emerick from L&L Builders meet with homeowners on this beautiful main level renovation. L&L worked with the architect John Cullen to bring this vision to life! It was a stunning project from start to finish and we want to thank the owners for selecting L&L for their renovation.
Jake Mack gives an update on a new project starting in Oakmont for a new master suite addition & garage renovation! Stay tuned as we progress through this very complex project!

The calm before the storm! Our custom home is ready to kick off with digging the foundation. We had several weeks of preparation with the civil side and having the need to bring in 50 trucks of 'good' soil for the massive 1000' long driveway.
It's go time!
L&L Builders hosted Pittsburgh AIA for a tour of their Orbital project. We were happy to have Alex Takacz & Stu Coppedge from Desmone join and speak on behalf of the design.
Jake Mack & Colton Shorts give an update on the site work at the West Jefferson Custom Home. This project is partnered with Wildman Chalmers Design with the lead architects Tim Morgan & Austin Lankford.
Due to the massive site and intense site work, the team had to work through NPDES to obtain permits and design a storm water management system that work for the property.
Incredible efforts by L&L & Seneca Foundations to bring this to reality.
