A little glimpse into one of our favorite everyday luxury moments in this Holliday Farms home 🤍

This custom drop zone + boot bench was designed to feel just as intentional and beautiful as the main living spaces — creating a warm, welcoming spot to land at the end of the day.

We love how the rich cabinetry tones and warm wood accents bring depth and contrast while still feeling cohesive with the soft, timeless aesthetic carried throughout the home. It gives the space such a cozy, lived-in feel while still being incredibly functional for daily life.

A huge thank you to our amazing partners at for the beautiful custom cabinetry work and for the washer + dryer appliances that complete the laundry space. It truly takes a team to bring these thoughtful details to life!

Meet Steve!

As our Sr. Construction Superintendent, Steve brings years of hands-on experience and a sharp eye for detail to every home we build. Since joining McKenzie Collection in 2018, he’s played a key role in keeping projects running smoothly and ensuring everything is built to the highest standard. With a background as an electrician, he understands the process from the ground up—and it shows in his work every day.

Outside of the job site, Steve enjoys spending time with family and friends, and you can often find him racing or riding ATVs.

A third-generation builder, Chris brings over 15 years of experience from running his own renovation company into his role as Construction Manager. With a strong background in residential and light commercial construction, he’s dedicated to building quality homes while creating lasting relationships with our clients. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children—often centered around sports and staying active together!
