This is the Yoga Wellness Walk (YWW). As the title suggests we walk - briskly - for about 5k. Accessible yoga poses and postures are introduced intermittently along the route. It's fun. It's invigorating. It's team-building. Let's do the YWW!

I'm not one who generally worries much. Yet, I find myself really concerned about a growing segment of our population simply unable to communicate face-to-face. Please - next time you find yourself eating alone at a restaurant, leave your phone in the car or turned off on the table. It's uncomfortable at first - what does one do with one's hands. Yet over time it'll become easier.

"I crossed paths with Neil at my company every once in a while on a Thursday morning as he came in to lead the weekly yoga class. He always appeared energetic and centered. Since my workout routine was grounded around a lunchtime workout, I didn't bother signing up for the classes. However, when the pandemic hit, Indesign offered the class to employees on-line so I decided to join. It's been nearly a year since joining these classes and I'm glad I did. They compliment my running and cycling routines by stretching out my contracted muscle groups, especially my lower back.
