I got a taste of Dr. Somer's work this weekend and it was incredible! I was blown away to learn about the fascial connections that run all throughout the body, and how they relate to the nervous system. I highly recommend checking out this series!

To the one that is fairly fit and slender, but still has a lower belly bulge…. To the one who has tried kegels, but still leaks when sneezing or coughing…. Hypopressive (low pressure) training is an evidence-based breath and postural method to restore the deep core and pelvic floor, lift the organs, enhance s*x, and flatten the waistline. Ideally, this would be every woman’s work prior to conception, during pregnancy and her postpartum rehab. It is also wildly effective for men for athletic performance, healing hernias, flattening the waistline and erectile dysfunction.
