La Costa Riptide

Three player of the year awards for these Riptide boys at Carlsbad High School. McKay & Maverick with Offensive player of the year and Brayden with Defensive player of the year. Great job boys!!!

These players have all been part of our Riptide family throughout the years. 🌊⚾️ We’ve been so blessed to coach each of these boys and be part of their baseball journeys along the way. Watching them now compete in high school baseball has truly been the icing on the cake.

Jammer and Donelle started this team back in 2017 and coached this Riptide team through 2025 (missing it each and every day since then). Now, seeing the boys finish up their first season of high school baseball is hard to believe! The time has gone by so quickly.

We wish we could have seen even more of our boys play live this season, but the high school baseball schedule kept us running nonstop! No matter what, we are incredibly proud of every player we’ve coached over the years who continues to play this amazing and challenging sport.

We’ll always be cheering you on and are always here for each and every one of you. 🫶💙🌊⚾️

Last Thursday, April 30th, we hung out with our CHS Riptide Boys after the game! Cherishing these moments.

Koa will be throwing out the first pitch today game!

At the LCC varsity field today, two of our Riptide players played against each other in the JV Carlsbad vs La Costa Canyon game! Love seeing these boys reconnect and share this special high school baseball experience. Full circle moments like this are the best! 💙🌊⚾️

Carlsbad vs San Marcos today. Riptide alum playing against each other. So great to see all these boys on the field this season! 💙🌊⚾️

League play started last week and it is time the Riptide boys will start playing against their past Riptide teammates. Here we have a few OGs from San Marcos High School vs La Costa Canyon that have been with Riptide at some point of their youth baseball! 💙🌊⚾️
