"I will always remember that brainstorming is key in media design and to always have a plan before just going for it and I think that is a motto to live by in our everyday lives." So true, S.W.! ⏸Always take time to follow the authors' guidance to "Step Away From the Computer" before you design, and what a powerful thought that the advice to pause and plan applies to everything -- take time to THINK first!

Students have kept a weekly learning journal so they can watch their progress and keep notes about what they're learning. Reading their final entries this morning has been heartwarming! For example, here's a note from S.W.: "As I am working on the final assignments for this class, I can't help but feel sad it is coming to an end. This semester I have learned a lot about media design and a lot about myself." 🥰
