Karla Berkshire, Kaston Hawkins, and Dylan Furman placed first in the ASCE UESI Surveying Competition. It is 2026 ASCE Frontier Student Symposium Co-hosted by Texas A&M University Corpus Christi & Texas A&M University Kingsville April 15-18, 2026. This was the first team to place 1st from WT!
The team will have an invitation to the National competition in June! Way to go!

"This weekend WT had the opportunity to compete in the PanTex Innovation Challenge! WT had at least a one winner in every category!! In 1st place Jacob Ferguson and Christopher Mongold with their product M.A.D! 2nd place Aron Morales with his team and their product Supply Chain Gang! Both going on to the second round of the competition to compete against Texas Tech and Texas A&M at PanTex in November. In 3rd place Joseph Bosken and Miguel Quinonez with their product Inspectors Gadget! Also winning MVP for their teams were Joseph Bosken and Kevin Martinez!!"
