🌟🤠💖 CLW Springfield Celebrates Dolly Parton Day! 💖🤠🌟

Today, September 25th, CLW Springfield went all out celebrating the one and only Dolly Parton! 🎤✨Participants and staff enjoyed an amazing day filled with laughter, smiles, and lots of Dolly-inspired fun. We sang along to our favorite Dolly hits during karaoke, created festive cowboy boot decorations, and watched classic Dolly movies on the big screens throughout the day. 🎶👢🎬

Of course, no Dolly celebration would be complete without some special treats! Everyone enjoyed adorable cowgirl hat cupcakes and a delicious Dolly-inspired Pink Drink. 🧁💕🥤

Our staff fully embraced the spirit of the day, showing up in their cowboy hats, cowgirl boots, and country flair. The energy was contagious, and it was wonderful to see so many happy faces enjoying time together.
Thank you to everyone who helped make Dolly Day such a memorable experience. As Dolly herself says, "If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours." Today, there were smiles everywhere! 😊💗

When Scribblers Coffee Co. has the good stuff, you keep going back! Some of our Geneva crew enjoyed another visit to one of our local favorites! 🍪☕While another crew knew exactly how to celebrate making it half way through the work week, with a burger and fry from Wendy's 🍟🍔

Welcome to the Springfield CLWs "Cash It In" Store!💵💰🫰

The Springfield crew spent the month of July brainstorming ideas for the store and worked hard throughout August saving their CLW Dollars. Now it's finally here! participants will be able to make their purchases and enjoy the rewards of their dedication, commitment, and hard work.

Every other Thursday or Friday during non-payday weeks, participants will have the opportunity to shop at the CLW "Cash It In" Store. This initiative does so much more than provide rewards. It gives participants something to look forward to during weeks when they don't receive a paycheck, encourages daily participation in activities, and helps build valuable life and workplace skills that can support future employment opportunities.

Participants can earn CLW Dollars by demonstrating positive behaviors and accomplishments such as staying on task, completing assignments, maintaining good attendance, showing a positive attitude, being a leader and role model, performing random acts of kindness, showing initiative, and actively participating in activities.

We are incredibly proud of their efforts and enthusiasm throughout this process. We look forward to seeing participants continue to build important skills, gain confidence, and have fun earning, saving, and spending their CLW Dollars!💰✨
