Closed on the sale of this property yesterday. Payoff to the lender is complete. She now has a nice chunk of profit for her IRA, all of which she can reinvest. Because nothing's coming out for Uncle Sam!

Almost ready to close on the sale of this property and get the private lender paid back. The funds were from an IRA and all the interest from that loan will go back into the IRA Tax-Free!

Just got back from the Equity Trust Networking event, which I attended Friday through Sunday. Some excellent speakers and some great education. But the best thing was the networking and all the wonderful people I met! Great time!!

Well, if the bill does pass, it would have at least one redeeming quiality.

Direct the IRA custodian to pay the contractors you hire to fix it up. Direct the IRA custodian to deposit the rent checks or the proceeds check from the sale.
