Proof you can cut hair anywhere😂

I just want to take a minute to say how grateful I am for some of my clients! One of the best things I can hear as a stylist is "Can you bring your shears when you come over?" ESPECIALLY when it's someone who has struggled finding a stylist in the past who would LISTEN to what they want and actually follow through with it! This sweet lady is my boyfriends mom, and she has had some of those bad experiences leading her to not go to the salon out of not wanting to feel the disappointment that can come with not getting what you want done on your hair, so imagine how excited I was to hear her ask if I could cut her hair! Im so very grateful for the love and trust this woman has shown me! It was so rewarding and exciting to see her light up seeing the finished product of me cutting her hair! Thank you Jesus for the opportunity to do this sweet lady's hair and get to talk about God while I was doing it!

Madi transferred over from another college and hit the ground running. She was on a mission and didn’t want to miss a beat. Her determination and focus carried her through, and now she is officially a Cosmetology School Graduate from Summit Salon Academy Mabank!

She has already passed her written state board exam, and all she has left is her state practical. With the drive and dedication she’s shown, there’s no doubt she’s going to be amazing in this industry.

Back to School Bash SUCCESS! 🎉✂️ Our Summit Salon Academy Mabank students showed up and showed out today at the 25/26 Mabank Back to School Bash—completing 75 free haircuts for the community! 💇‍♀️💇‍♂️ Huge congratulations to our students for their hard work and professionalism, and a big thank you to the high school for inviting us to be a part of this amazing event.
