Canton Fire continues to operate at Pappas Rehab/Turpike St area of Orchard Cove. Currently no sturures are at risk. You will notice smoke in the area.

THERE IS NO OUTSIDE BURNING PERMITTED IN CANTON.
FIRE CONDITIONS ARE AT A LEVEL 5 RED FLAG WARNING
Current weather conditions put at us increased risk of fire danger.

Canton Fire is working with DCR Bureau of Forest Fire Control and Forestry on the brush fires in the area of Barbara Rd / Pappas Rehab. We are working on controlling it by allowing certain areas to burn to prevent spread and reaching any structures. We will continue to work and monitor the area. Currently there are no threats to any structures.

You may still smell residual smoke from the recent brush fire around Pappas Rehab and Orchard Cove area. ( Turnpike/Randolph st area). We continue to monitor the area.
Reminder there is no outside burning allowed on Red Flag Days
