EncomPos Software was started by Lewis McDonald and Kimberly Morris in 2005 to make a better, more modern solution for retailers.
For the last seven years we have designed EncomPos Retail, Point of Sale software for general retail to include Pet, Health Food and Leisure Stores and specialized retail tools for the SCUBA diving industry. We also have resouces for multi-location stores, web shopping cart integration and a sync to the Scubaocity Online Reservation system for dive stores.

More COVID-19 helpful features.
The Scuba calendar now has an email icon on the bottom toolbar. You can email all signed up customers/students or an individual in the roster. Additionally, when viewing the Manifest/Checklist, you can email the manifest to staff or create a custom notification to staff. In order to fit the new email icon, some print features are now consolidated under a new print icon which pops a menu of print options. The Paste icon is now moved to the left near the customer related icons.
2 sample HTML files are included in the update. charter_notification.html and class_notification.html. Use these to make your stores notification template. This requires a free cloud account to embed
images in your HTML. Please request this account from EncomPos support if you choose to send images in your email. 678.921.9673

COVID-19 efforts. EncomPos has added texting services for curbside pickup, Class, Charter and Event reminders. This is part of our EnTouch Customer CRM e mailer service. This requires a subscription to EnTouch and buying sms/text credits with our partner ClickSend.com. To sign up use our partner link:
