CEC had an inspiring evening at the Teacher & Parent Panel last Thursday, featuring 4 incredible panelists—each a teacher or parent of students with disabilities—who shared their unique perspectives and experiences through the educational world and life. Many people walked away with more knowledge on the topic of disabilities and how to better treat those around them.
- “God always knows the best plans for your life so trust him with it and open your heart to that.“
- “There is so much goodness in struggle. That is where we grow.”
- “All behavior is communication.”

This event features educators and parents of students with disabilities sharing insights, and offering future teachers and college students valuable perspectives to enhance their future careers. Oh and did we mention there will be refreshments!?!🍪🥳

Our disability simulation tonight was a HUGE success! Thank you to those who participated. Many people learned something new and had fun doing it!

CEC’s next event will be the Parent and Teacher Panel on November 14th. Hey Malone students, it will count as an SFO credit!!

KICKBALL SUNDAY FALL 2024! What a great afternoon of fun! A huge thank you to all who played, cheered, and made this day a success!

Kicking off the week with a bang! 🌟 Our Kickball Sunday event was an amazing time, bringing together Malone CEC, Intramurals, and Stark County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Stark DD) for an afternoon of fun, teamwork, and smiles all around! Look out for our next Kickball Sunday in the fall semester!!
