This project has been in the works for the last several months. It has been exciting to collaborate on a project aimed at providing innovative housing solutions for individuals seeking flexible stays.

Houston’s growing market highlights the increasing demand for this type of housing, as more people find themselves spending 30% to 50% of their income on housing costs.

One promising solution is adaptive reuse—transforming existing buildings into spaces better suited for today’s needs. Thanks to flexible zoning laws, this strategy is both practical and impactful, offering a creative way to address housing challenges.

One single family house built and adapted to be multiple bed/baths with common space rented by the week.

It quite sure why a tenant felt compelled to decorate the outside of the house with faux grass on the house and on the sidewalk! Now that it is removed we start the process of power washing to get rid of the glue or whatever she used to put it up.
