Just a friendly reminder that we ask that all Harvest Party donations be turned in at the office by today! We are still in need of fun, fall themed cookies and gummy bears if you still wish to donate! A HUGE thank you to everyone that donated and made this party possible! We wouldn’t be able to do all of these events without the generosity of YOU!! 💚💛

We adjusted sign-up slots in hopes to ensure that each station was being ran by at least one volunteer for each grade.

We will be posting sign-ups for party supply donations and volunteers by early next week for the Harvest Day parties! The Harvest Day parties are on Friday, October 9th during school hours. Each grade has a time slot throughout the day where they get to come and participate in all of the fun activities that the PTO has planned! I wanted to share the schedule with you all so you can plan accordingly! We would also love to see you all at the next PTO meeting on Tuesday, October 6th at 6pm in the library! 💚💛

*Reminder: All volunteers must have a background check on file with Plain Local Schools!

* 8:30 … Set Up
* 9:30-10:20 ... Grade 3
* 10:30-11:20 ... Grade 4
* 11:20-12:10 ... Volunteer Break
* 12:10-1:00 ... Grade 2
* 1:10 - 2:00 … Grade 1
* 2:10 - 3:00 ... KG

*Please plan on arriving 5-10 mins before your child’s grade so someone can show you what to do

*You are welcome to stay for any additional grades, we always appreciate the extra help!
