Great advice - Knowledge is Power - A home may be the largest purchase in your lifetime . As a buyers agent I always recommend hiring a licensed home inspector and being present to not only learn the condition but operating systems . Not a good idea to waive this important step !!
Don't Let an Imperfect Home Inspection Scare You Away Unless it's new construction, no home will be in perfect condition. So don't panic when an inspection yields less than stellar results.
