Sananga is an herbal eye drop traditionally used to promote mental clarity, emotional release, energetic cleansing, and enhanced inner vision.

Hapè is a shamanic s***f known to help quiet the mind, ground the body, clear stagnant energy, and deepen meditation and intention.

Together, these sacred medicines can support balance, presence, and a profound reconnection to self.

Your heart carries memory beyond time and space and feels the truth your mind cannot. Science is just beginning to understand the magical vortex that is our heart chakra. Its electromagnetic field is sixty times stronger than the brain. It is home to over 40,000 neurons. Neurons. “Brain” cells. Your heart has its own brain! Join Dr. Jess and Brionna in a ceremony dedicated to our sacred heart-space and the grief it carries, new and old. We ground into our bodies and open our hearts to be held in love and witnessed through expression of grief. In reverence and release, we will allow our grief to be transmuted through flames of love and acknowledge the way new-found strength and a breath of fresh air can stoke embers of new life.
