Well the weaving part of my first larger double-sided tapestry purse is finished. I just need to cut it off the frame and finish it up, and then put in the lining and put on a handle. I have no clue how it will turn out but it's fun to do it and I really do love the colors and the textures on both sides of this purse. If you're interested in owning it, let me know.
Starting my first larger purse based on the small blue, green and purple one I created.
Here's my second little purse except in colors that I like. My big Samsung s23 Plus doesn't fit in it, otherwise I would use it myself. So if you've got a small phone and like it, let me know and it's yours.
Sampler tapestry trying to practice gradations of color, tried some new stitches including basket weave and reverse engineering double weaving.
Finished the tubular purse tapestry.
1st wrap around (tubular) weaved tapestry to make a purse.
Finally finished Galaxies 1. I ripped some stuff out before I finished it because it didn't seem to fit. But I'm pretty happy with the final version.
Black background tapestry - part I don't know. I haven't been making any videos lately so I thought I'd catch you up on where I am right now.
Here's the end of day two of the black foundation tapestry, so this must be part 2.5. starting to add the black background with pops of color. I was going to do it as a diagonal oval but we will see what happens.
Part 2 of the black foundational tapestry. Lots of ladder yarn and confetti yarn for fringe at the bottom. I had it by itself but then realized it needed a black backing behind it to give it consistency.
