This Thursday (6/18) from 1-2pm we have our LAST Behind the Brew with Elisa. We're taking a closer look at how coffee is harvested, from farm to cup. Elisa will walk us through what life is really like on a coffee farm, how coffee is grown and picked, what family farms look like, and what a typical day at our family farm, Finca Terrerito in Honduras, looks like.

Alma x World Cup sounds kinda good …👀

This Friday, join us for our second-to-last Behind the Brew session with Elisa!

We'll be diving into why grind size matters, specifically when brewing drip coffee, and how it can completely change the flavor and quality of your cup.

Plus, there will be free coffee samples, and you'll have the chance to learn from a certified Q Grader. There are only about 8,000 Q Graders in the world, making this a unique opportunity to learn from one of the industry's top coffee experts.

We hope to see you there!

For the person who loves coffee but is always curious about what else is out there. 🍒✨

Cascara is one of the rarest ways to experience coffee. It is a tea made from the fruit of the coffee cherry instead of the bean. It is bright, juicy, and naturally sweet with notes of hibiscus, raspberry, and black tea, and about 30% of the caffeine of traditional coffee.

This is for the slow sippers, the flavor seekers, the ones who read tasting notes and actually mean it. Most coffee fruit gets discarded, but ours is carefully separated, washed, and dried on raised beds to preserve its character, creating a small, limited lot you will not often find.

Available in store and online.
