Do you or someone you know need legal guidance, but may not have the means to afford an attorney? The Stark County Bar Association and Ohio Justice Bus can help.

As part of Law Week 2024, the Ohio Justice Bus will be joining us to provide free legal assistance to the Stark County Community. Join us on Monday, April 29, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Downtown Canton at Market Avenue South & 2nd Street!

On Thursday, April 20, 2023, the Stark County Bar Association returned live and in-person to Massillon Washington High School for the Televised Ask-A-Lawyer program! Chair of the Law Day Committee Chairman Attorney Todd Evans and Vice-Chair Attorney Richard Kuhn were joined by Judge Elum, Judge Fichter, SCBA Secretary Magistrate Andrea Scassa, and SCBA President Magistrate Stephan Babik to field questions from students. A very special thank you to Massillon Washington High School and the Massillon Municipal Court for making this event a success!

On May 1, 2023, the Stark County Bar Association will be presenting the Annual Ask-A-Lawyer event. This year, we will be welcoming the Ohio Justice Bus which will be staffed by experienced attorneys who can answer your legal questions free of charge. Please feel free to stop by and visit us on May 1, 2023 between 12pm and 3pm at Mission BBQ located at 4490 Everhard Rd NW, Canton, OH 44718.

If so, join us for the Driving License Reinstatement Clinic on Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at St. Paul's Episcopal Church (425 Cleveland Avenue SW, Canton, OH 44702). This free clinic may be able to assist you!
