It’s hard to believe it’s been 23 years since we first opened our doors! We started Riverstone Animal Hospital with the hope of making a positive impact on the lives of pets, their families, and the team we work alongside every day.
Thanks to our amazing clients, an incredible team, and a truly supportive community, that dream has become a reality — and continues to grow.
We’re beyond grateful for every pet we’ve cared for, every family who’s trusted us, and every staff member who’s helped shape who we are today. You’ve all made this journey possible, and we don’t take that for granted.

Welcome Dr. Joyce Maldonado to Riverstone Animal Hospital!
Dr. Joyce grew up in Puerto Rico, and developed a love for animals at an early age. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Mississippi State University.
Please join us in welcoming Dr. Joyce to our Riverstone family. We’re thrilled for you to meet her and see firsthand her commitment to your pets' health and well-being.

Did you know July is National Hotdog Month? Well here’s a fun fact about these “Hot Dogs” to help you celebrate! Dachshunds were bred to hunt badgers because of their low, narrow bodies and their bravery!
