Today is COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER DAY!

The hands that they are dealt are challenging to say the least but they show up each and every day to serve the individuals and families of Stark County, clearing the Pathways to a Healthier CommYOUnity. We appreciate our CHWs!

Yesterday, we celebrated the MAGIC of OUR Community Health Workers! Our CHWs enjoyed a beautiful on the water at the Walborn Reservoir. We had a great time kayaking, pedal boating, eating, and relaxing. Everyone received a gift bag and prize.

Thank you to Molina Healthcare for sponsoring our celebration and to Honey Baked Ham Store #8402 for donating the refreshing fruit trays. Also, thank you to our former Program Coordinator, Marissa for stopping by to help us celebrate! 🩵

Please show the CHWs of the Community Action Pathways HUB some love in the comments!
