Brendon ran the whole thing with me and recorded me crossing the finish line 🥹 …he didn’t even break a sweat running at my pace 😂😂

And yeah, that’s not a great 5k time. I’m not a runner. I just had a bodybuilding show less than 2 months ago. This is the first official 5k race I’ve ever even ran. But, it was over 2 minutes faster than the test 5k I ran 3 weeks ago. So that’s what matters. 🔥
