Children benefit when loving, capable fathers are actively involved in their lives.

A few statistics worth considering:

• Approximately 18.2 million children in the United States live without a father in the home.

• Approximately 80% of custodial parents are mothers, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

• Children with actively involved fathers are 43% more likely to earn A's and 33% less likely to repeat a grade.

• Research links father involvement to better mental, academic, social, and physical outcomes for children.

• A major family court study found intentionally false abuse allegations in approximately 4% of parenting dispute cases examined. (According to Statistics)

At TFRM, we believe children deserve meaningful relationships with BOTH parents whenever it is safe and appropriate.

But she refuses to ride her father's name: "He could make a call and put me on, but at the end of the day, you gotta put in the work."
