Small Batch Series 16 is an 11-year Straight Bourbon, crafted from 24 high-rye Bourbon (60/36/4) barrels. The barrels were matured in Indiana, and then were brought up to Copper & Cask Rhode Island where they were hand-selected and blended. The whiskey is bottled at cask strength.

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, the whiskey shows aromas of cherry pie and chocolate truffles. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of brown sugar and salted caramel are present before giving way to richer notes of mocha and dates. The finish is long and complex with hints of milk chocolate, creme brûlée and espresso.

Small Batch 15 is a 21-year blended Canadian whiskey, that was originally distilled and matured in Alberta, Canada. The blend was composed of 17 barrels, aged for over 20 years in original oak, then transferred into Armagnac and Tawny Port finishing casks. The whiskey finished for approximately 6 months and then was blended and bottled at cask strength.

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, this whiskey is lively with aromas of fresh strawberries and cotton candy. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of butterscotch and vanilla bean are present before revealing fruity notes of currants and dried cranberries. The finish is long and layered with hints raspberry jam, raisins and cocoa powder.

Traveller Full Proof is a higher-proof version of the popular blended American whiskey from Buffalo Trace and Chris Stapleton, bottled at 121 proof (ABV). It is a blend of various whiskies designed to be bolder and more intense than the original 90-proof offering, featuring strong oak, caramel, and spicy notes.

GREEN SPOT

A non age statement Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey comprising of pot still whiskeys aged between 7 & 10 years. The whiskey has matured in a combination of new bourbon and refill bourbon casks as well as sherry casks.The result is layers of orchard fruit and malty barley aromas on the nose, complemented by notes of green apples, toasted oak, dried fruit and baking spices throughout the palate and lingering into the finish.

BLUE SPOT 7 YEAR OLD

A cask-strength addition to the line-up, Blue Spot has spent no less that seven years in a combination of bourbon barrels, sherry butts and Portuguese Madeira casks. The result is a powerful whiskey with notes of banana bread, tropical fruit and toasted nuts.

The latest addition to the Gold Spot series is a 13-year-old whiskey that continues to champion the use of wine casks in aging whiskey. Initially matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks, it was then aged in Valpolicella Riciotto wine casks from Italy for 16 months, resulting in added layers of red fruit, berry compote and sweet oak that complement Gold Spot’s subtle spice notes.
