Happy Friday, RedOaks folks! We're looking forward to seeing you this week as we wrap up our 3-part mini-series called Church Music. 🎶

This Sunday, Pastor Daniel will be teaching through Psalm 67 as we are reminded of why we should care about the nations, and the people of our world. As always, our "church music" starts at 9 -- see you then!

We’re still looking to check off a few items on our new building wish list, and Amazon Prime Day feels like a great time to peek at the list 😉

So many of you have already blessed us in this way, but we still have some items we’ll need to make the building welcoming and functional.

Tomorrow we kick off a 3-part mini-series from the book of Psalms that we are calling Church Music. 🎶

The Israelites would sing a playlist of songs together inside the temple once they all arrived in Jerusalem for one of their annual festivals. These became known as the Temple songs — their church music — that stood the test of time, songs that they never got tired of singing, songs that had a way of refocusing them the moment the music started, and reminding them of who God is and what God does, and of who they are and what they are called to do.

In the coming weeks, let’s allow these songs to do the same for us. 🎼 Who’s your plus-one?

Tomorrow is our Vision Sunday! 🙌 Please try to be there in person if you can — Pastor Daniel will be sharing all about what’s next for us as a church and why it matters.

We will end service a little early, so we can take a field trip over to our new space at Fishers to write prayers and scriptures on the brick walls before they hang dry wall. It will be a special time to dedicate our new space to the Lord.❤️
