The Service Manager’s Leadership Development Program successfully concluded after six weeks of intensive learning, blending online modules with an in-person workshop in Hill Country, TX.

Over the first five weeks, participants built a strong foundation in HVAC service fundamentals, leadership, financial management, recruitment, and communication— key competencies essential for effective service management. These sessions provided a structured approach to navigating the challenges of the industry while preparing attendees for hands-on learning.

The program culminated in a week-long, in-person workshop, where participants applied their knowledge through case studies, real-world simulations, and group discussions. Focus areas included situational leadership, labor cost management, and team motivation strategies, equipping attendees with actionable insights to take back to their organizations.
