We’ll have casino-style games, food, raffles, and plenty of community fun — all while supporting Cherokee County firefighters and local families impacted by fire-related events.
Your ticket includes $10,000 in playing cash for blackjack, roulette, poker, and craps. At the end of the evening, house money will be exchanged for raffle tickets.

What an incredible day at the Hoops for Heroes 3v3 Basketball Tournament supporting the Cherokee County Fire Foundation!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to play, volunteer, sponsor, donate, cheer from the sidelines, and support our firefighters and their families. We had an amazing turnout with 11 teams competing, great community support, and a day full of energy, teamwork, and fun.

Congratulations to our 1st and 2nd place teams for an awesome tournament! 🏀

Events like this are a reminder of what makes Cherokee County so special — neighbors supporting neighbors and a community that shows up for the people who serve others every day.

The Cherokee County Fire Foundation helps support firefighters and their families through community outreach, assistance programs, and initiatives that strengthen the fire service community right here in Cherokee County.

I want to share that I am stepping down from my role on the Cherokee County Fire Foundation Board. Serving as board secretary has been an incredible honor and one of the most meaningful experiences of my career.

Almost five years ago, Chief Robinson and I discussed the need for a foundation to support our fire department, and it has been amazing to watch it grow into the incredible organization it is today. Being able to directly impact the lives of our fire family during their greatest times of need has been truly rewarding.

I am so grateful to my fellow board members and everyone who has supported the foundation along the way. I leave with immense pride in all that we’ve accomplished together and excitement for the foundation’s continued success.
