Who loves demo day? THIS guy! Day one of a full kitchen gut and reno. Smells like... victory!

Our Roanoke Reno sold in 2 days and featured a gut of every major system starting with the 50-year-old kitchen. Due to shortages, I had to custom-build the cabinets on-site. Just one of the pitfalls of building during a pandemic!

Roanoke Update: the old addition. It had to be gutted down to the studs and redone. All new drywall and the ceiling gets an overhaul as well.

About 35 years ago, the original owners added on a big 13 x 40-foot room to the back of Roanoke. After much deep thought, we decided to call this room "the Addition" (I know – brilliant!). We called the original decor "Frat House meets Urban Cowboy". The gray-stained rough cedar was the defining style choice. It was EVERYWHERE! So it had to go along with the outdated bar. As we pulled it down, we discovered that the drywall underneath was horribly done and never finished so it had to go as well. That was cost I had hoped to avoid but it was simply unusable. We exposed the original exterior wall under the bad drywall. Critter nests were everywhere! Always a fave.

Our Roanoke flip has really gained steam. It's a fifty-ish-year-old house and was neglected for decades. We got it through a HUD auction in January. We're doing a complete gut of all baths and the kitchen, while transforming every major space throughout the house. Even the exterior will be given a complete face-lift. Apart from the brick, everything will be overhauled! Stay tuned for an in-depth room-by-room look!

Our Lindford Project started with a 45-year-old house that had never been updated. We dug down to the joists and studs and started from scratch to create all-new spaces throughout!

Our Deer Trace Project included a new kitchen and Master Bath. Custom features everywhere without huge costs.

Our Easton project in Plain Township brought about our greatest challenge ever – a complete gut job throughout the house! Not only did we create an all-new kitchen and main bath, but we added a complete Master Suite.

Here's our Goodyear Street reno in Jackson Township. We completely gutted much of the house and rebuilt from the studs out.
