Two Hockey Moms who met at the rink discovered they both had a passion for food. Many Culinary adventures were shared throughout the years of hockey and travel. They found the need for an all-purpose seasoning blend that was easy to use and made everything taste great. So began our journey for the right combination of ingredients and flavors. W

Smoked Cream Cheese with Celly Salt® BBQ Rub 🔥
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, scored cross hatch pattern, ¼” deep
- 1 tablespoon Celly Salt BBQ Rub 🔥
- Olive oil
- Celly Salt Sin Bin Hot Honey 🍯
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat smoker to 200°. Lightly brush cream cheese with oil. Sprinkle Celly Salt rub evenly on all sides. Place in a cast iron skillet. Smoke 1 ½ to 2 hours or until softens and score marks are more pronounced. Rest 5 minutes before serving. Serve topped with Celly Salt Hot Honey. (recipes👇🏻)
👩🍳 Cook’s Note: Alternative cooking method is to preheat oven to 300°. Cover skillet with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes or until cheese is soft.

Celly Salt BBQ Rub🔥
INGREDIENTS:
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons Celly Salt® Original or 1 1/2 teaspoons Celly Salt® Sin Bin Fire
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Entire recipe will coat a 4 to 5-pound pork shoulder, brisket, ribs or chicken.
👩🍳Cook’s Note: Create a wet rub by replacing brown sugar with honey.
Celly Salt Sin Bin Hot Honey🔥🍯
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup
- 2 teaspoons Celly Salt® Sin Bin Fire
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine honey and Celly Salt® Sin Bin Fire in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave for 30 - 60 seconds or until honey comes to a boil.
2. Remove from microwave and stir in apple cider vinegar.
3. Cool to room temperature and transfer to a glass jar. Stir before each use. Shelf stable to 6-8 months.
👩🍳 Cook’s Note: Recommend using your favorite local honey for the best flavor.

SIN BIN FIRE GRAPE SORBET 🍇🍨🔥
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups frozen green grapes 🍇
- Juice of 1 fresh lime 🍋🟩
- 2 ounces vodka
- Celly Salt® Sin Bin Fire🧂🔥
DIRECTIONS:
Add grapes, lime juice and vodka to a blender. Blend until smooth; scraping down sides of blender occasionally. Pour into desired glass, top with Celly Salt® Sin Bin Fire and enjoy.
Yield: 1 serving

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Celly Salt® Original
- 1/4 teaspoon Celly Salt® Sin Bin Fire
Directions: ⬇️
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cover. Cook 15-20 minutes; stirring occasionally. Cool completely and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Yield: 2 cups
