Jasmine and Cassie had a great day collaborating with these amazing ladies from Palmetto Family Dental! They worked together on systems and processes to keep each front office running smoothly and consistently, and came up with some great ideas to make everyone’s jobs easier and more efficient. We'd say they had a great success with the Front Office Operations Training! Keep up the great work Ladies!

We all do our best to communicate clearly with our patients, but sometimes an insurance update slips through. Hang in there!
Continue to serve the patient well and gently educate them to call us with any insurance changes before their next appointment and have a strong check-in process to greet patients and reconfirm pertinent information, like insurance changes.
