It’s hard to accept that the 4th anniversary of the war is approaching-at the same time Kavka is turning 3.

Sometimes it feels like the amount of global events we’ve all lived through in such a short time could fill a thousand-page book. Tough times - not only for Ukraine, but everywhere. Even here in the U.S., in ways many of us never expected.

I try not to get political. But one thing stays powerful in my mind:

Love is stronger.

Love for your neighbors.
Love for the people around you - no matter the color of their skin or the language they speak.

I truly wish more people chose love over the desire to conquer.
