Pro Tip: This weekend’s theme is Move for Fun! Grab a friend for pickup basketball or a long walk. It doesn’t have to feel like a "workout" to count.

Every year, the second full week in March marks Random Acts of Kindness week at MIT. Each year, our morning manager at the Zesiger Center, Jessica, places dozens of post-it notes with positive affirmations on them around the building. Here’s a sample of a few of these for this year!
