Just when we thought we were saying goodbye… Clover Food Lab is staying open after all! 🙌💚

The restaurant had announced plans to close, but a new investor stepped in to provide the support needed to keep the doors open. Thanks to that investment, Clover can continue serving the fresh, creative, plant-forward food that has become a staple for so many in our community. 🌱🥗☕

This is great news for employees, loyal customers, and the local business community. It’s always exciting to see a beloved Cambridge institution get a second chance and continue contributing to the vibrant character that makes our city so special.

The Cambridge Friends School, a beloved Quaker pre-K through 8 private school that has been part of our community for 65 years, has announced it will permanently close its doors in June 2027. 🏫

Enrollment has dropped enrollment drop a staggering 76% over the past decade, falling to just 43 students this year 📉 making it impossible to continue in its current form. Our hearts go out to the students, families, and educators who have been part of this truly special community. 🙏✨ 🏡❤️

💚 Saying goodbye to a plant-based pioneer... Clover Food Lab has officially closed all 12 of its Greater Boston locations after 17 years of championing local farms and plant-based fast food. 🌱 What started as a food truck at MIT in 2008 grew into a beloved staple right here in our backyard. Between inflation, COVID's lingering effects, and shifting consumer trends, even the most dedicated concepts can't always survive the storm. 🙏 Thank you, Clover, for every bowl, sandwich, and soup. You'll be missed. 💔
