RECAP Workshop: Service Design in An Uncertain World
Services saturate our daily lives—yet we rarely pause to question their origins. In this energizing morning workshop, Other Tomorrows explored service design’s role in our uncertain world. We traced its roots, examined its current impacts, and discovered how to design services more intentionally—minimizing harm while amplifying the positive effects on people and society.

In our final panel, Re-imagine, we explored how design can serve as a speculative and provocative tool to envision plural futures that break away from conventional paradigms. Our distinguished panelists—Alix Ge**er , Stuart Candy, Raafat Majzoub , and Jazsalyn , shared insights on expanding the realm of what‘s possible through design. The discussion was skillfully moderated by Johanna Hoffman .
