I am known for thinking and asking deep questions that are completely outside the box ♥️ This approach has helped me bring to life things that don’t exist yet. I am used to being a pioneer by now. 😆 It is not easy. It is most of the time knowing and believing in what I think should be the answer. Despite many voices that say otherwise. Despite others saying it is not possible.. 🫶🏼 I listen. I ask them questions. I reflect on what’s brought into my awareness… And I keep on going. This is how I now approach creating the unique Montessori Teacher and Parent Training. I am not satisfied with just creating a training that is a cookie cutter, you know that, right? Why would I? 🫶🏼 Montessori Teacher and Parent Training that is grounded in daily practices and wisdom that supports adult learners just as we strive to support and guide children in the classroom. I want the adult learners, whoever they are: nannies, daycare teachers, childminders, Montessori assistants, parents, - to have a lived experience of the same exact respect and gentleness of the Montessori approach in their own lives. Because I learned that we are able to give ONLY what we’ve been given, right? ✨ I listen to your voices and your experiences. And for your voices I have created a survey. Please fill it out! Montessori IS Mindfulness. Last month at one of our daycare centers in Boston we learned an art of noticing. The children. Ourselves. The triggers and the joys. This is where healing happens ♥️ Mindfulness workshop was a part of our Open Door Montessori retreat. Aedeen, a certified Mindfulness coach and a Montessori educator of many years, presented benefits of mindfulness for childcare providers and parents. We will have these workshops and other practices to support the work of daycare teachers and parents in our Wellness Studio. Keep your eyes peeled for the announcements to go out SOON 🎉🎉🎉
