Congratulations to MSRED alumnae and faculty lecturer Anne Kinsella Thompson for winning the 2026 Pulsenomics Crystal Ball Award.
She earned first place for the most accurate three-year home price forecast among more than 100 economists and analysts contributing to Fannie Mae’s Quarterly Home Price Expectations Survey.
